Effective as of the year-, Shangh Disney Resort will implement a real name ticketing system. Guests are advised to provide their real identity information when purchasing tickets or making reservations through authorized channels.

Update for September 15 Nighttime Celebration Event

Ticket Redemption and Refund Policy:

For guests who have used their tickets on September 15, 2024, they may redeem new entry tickets at the park's entrance turnstiles after 3 PM from September 18, 2024 to March 18, 2025 without requiring a reservation. Here are the redemption steps:

For Tickets Linked to ID Documents:

• Bring the original physical copy of your valid ID document the one used for ticket purchase and present it at the park entrance turnstiles when redeeming tickets.

• All guests who purchased tickets with the same ID document on September 15, 2024 must enter together as per the mn ID holder's schedule.

For Tickets Not Linked to ID Documents:

• Present your original paper tickets redeemed from September 15, 2024 at Guest Services for a new ticket.

Refunds and Extensions:

• Guests redeeming tickets linked to ID documents will automatically receive an extension of one day on their annual pass validity.

• The benefits associated with the event 'ILLUMINATE! A Nighttime Celebration' will be refunded accordingly through the original purchase channels.

For Dated Tickets and Services:

• Refunds are provided for dated tickets and services such as Early Park Entry Pass, Disney Premier Access, meals on September 16, 2024. The refund process typically takes up to 15 working days via the original payment method, though this may vary based on your specific purchase channel.
