The survey further reveals that 62 of UK adults consider online ticket purchases too challenging. Factors such as high pricing 50, automated bots purchasing tickets ahead of others 44, and extensive wting times 37 are seen as barriers by respondents.
Moreover, almost half of those surveyed view getting concert tickets similar to the odds of winning a lottery jackpot12 even state that they would trade a winning lottery ticket for front-row seats at their dream artist's performance or even if they were no longer alive.
