The Fear And Dreams World Tour Facebook page announced the incident occurred on June 10 when Chan was outdoors playing tennis. He collapsed due to heatstroke, which led to injuries including a fractured cheekbone and deep cuts on his chin because of the fall.

In stable condition now, Chan is recuperating after being advised by doctors to rest for three weeks. The six concerts scheduled in Chongqing this June have consequently been postponed until 2025. More detls about these arrangements will be announced soon.

Apologies were offered via Facebook for any inconvenience and disappointment caused. This isn't the first time Chan has had to cancel shows, as he previously apologized personally to his Hangzhou fans earlier this May due to health issues that forced him to discontinue two performances in the city.

Eason Chan's well-known hits include King Of Karaoke 2000 and Ten Years 2003, establishing a significant following across various genres.
